CAR: MGBGT

I have a 1974 MGBGT [chrome bumper], it is off the road in a garage in Slough, and has been since 1994 [I was going to restore it but working abroad and now a young family I do not have the time]
The bodywork is in a state along with the trim the sills were replaced in 1993! mechanically all was OK in 1993 apart for the carbs needing new jets. Also still on leaded petrol
It would make a idea donor car for a new body shell.
any one interested?

I have to say Will that now you have completed the renovation of your motor and got it back on the road, you have done a fantastic job. I''m impressed

CAR: MGB Roadster (72')

I have a 72 B Roadster which I''m currently restoring. As the wings are rotten I''d like to sex it up a bit by flaring the wheel arches slightly. The MGOC Sebring kit is fine in terms of the front wings, but the rear ones are a little over the top. Does anyone know of any other wings that will fit that are more subtle?

I''ve just been searching around the internet trying to learn about mgb''s and came across this website. I''m 18 and looking into buying an mgb for a restoration project this summer (2004). hopefully I can find a decent starting point

3-weeks into ownership of my first MG. I''ve started dis-assembly to find that the rot is equally (or perhaps more) rampant than your project.
Your site gives me hope and I thank you for that.

Just purchased my first classic car, not much knowledge about the MG at the moment, I am sure your site will be of much use over the comming years.
